Like most of the international student, Ryan arrived Winnipeg on the first day in 2005. After finishing the university and couple years of entry level job experience, he decided to took more chanllenge to achive higher standard of his career.

Ryan became a licienced REALTOR® in 2012, soon after joined the first one Chinese Real Estate selling known as the "Jay Bu Team" to serve the community.  Great team polishing great team play as the great team player formed great team, Ryan quicky became a experienced negoitator and successed from the very begining. In 2014 Ryan joined the new broker Square Meter Realty founded by the former team captain Jay Bu till now.

In 2017 after years of pleasant working with the team, Ryan accepted new chanllenge by starting a new selling team.

Till today, the most important business principle that Ryan holds is always to put client's interest greater than himself, which he believe this is the true key to the road of success. By combining the faith and skills, Ryan is ready to offer his best service as always.
